1)渗碳、心部硬化、表面硬化和回火的温度供参考,现实选用的温度应是获得要求机能的温度。
2)奥氏体化时光供参考.最短为0.5h。
3)渗碳温度取决于钢的化学成分、产品的分量和渗碳介质。假如该钢直接淬硬,凡是,温度不跨越950℃,对特别的工艺,如在真空中,使用较高的温度(例如1020℃~l050℃)不是不常见的。
4)当3ca5908a79bc3c0feeing5b4c844a537f91单个淬火方式时,钢从渗碳温度或较低温度淬火。在任何情况下,特殊是在存在变形危险的情形下,最好选用较低的淬火温度。
